As a leader in your school, you will know that success means many things and involves lots of plate-spinning! Is it possible to manage your own wellbeing, skills and knowledge while at the same time leading and developing your team? Is there a win-win solution? In this webinar we will look at how leading by example and guiding others in reaching their potential for the benefit of your organisation can lead not just to success but to a shared belief in your school and the profession.
